If you submitted an ED card the first time and did not receive an email confirmation take a look at the following solutions:
Check your spam folder: This is the most commonly reported reason why travelers don’t see their email confirmation in their inbox. A simple check into your spam email folder may solve the issue.
Check your email settings: Your email settings may be the culprit of not showing the email confirmation in your inbox. Check and if necessary change these settings to see if the settings indeed resulted in the email confirmation not showing up.
Contact your mailbox provider: If the first two options did not work it is advisable to contact your email provider to look for the best possible solution.
